Welcome to Coach Ballgame University. This curriculum reflects over 20 years of coaching (and learning from failure). I used to be a coach who got frustrated easily, causing kids to walk away from the sport. Thankfully, I had mentors who showed me a better path—one of empathy, positive reinforcement, and joy.
The Playbook is designed for coaches of all sports and all ages. It’s the psychology of coaching, and I recommend this course before all others. It’s the “Crawl” before you “Walk” course.
The Skills Course is designed for baseball and softball coaches, ages 8 and under. It includes 128 videos with accompanying worksheets for skills, stations for your practices, and troubleshooters for those outliers that always seem to pop up.
The Practice Plans are designed for coaches of baseball and softball, ages 8 and under. I highly recommend taking the Skills Course first, to gain a clear vision of what these stations in the Practice Plans mean.
